UMAI Glow sells digital educational products only. No physical product will be shipped.
All products are delivered digitally through immediate online access, downloadable files, email delivery, customer account access, or a third-party digital delivery system.
Digital Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your digital product by email and/or through the checkout confirmation page.
Digital products may include PDF guides, educational materials, trackers, recipes, grocery lists, skincare education, supplement education, lifestyle guidance, and other downloadable resources.
Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct. UMAI Glow is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect email address provided by the customer.
No Physical Shipping
Because this is a digital product, there are:
No physical shipments
No shipping fees
No shipping carriers
No tracking numbers
No customs duties
No import taxes
No physical delivery times
No physical return address
Access Time
Most digital products are delivered immediately after payment confirmation.
In some cases, access emails may take a few minutes to arrive. Please check your inbox, spam folder, promotions folder, and any email filters.

Technical Access Issues
If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your digital product, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
If the access issue is caused by an incorrect email address, device limitation, internet connection issue, browser setting, email provider filter, third-party software limitation, or customer-side technical setting, we will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product, but this does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Digital Product Refunds
Because our products are digital and may be accessed, opened, viewed, read, downloaded, saved, copied, and used immediately after purchase, digital products are considered delivered once access begins.
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Digital Product Policy.
Once the digital product has been accessed, opened, viewed, read, downloaded, saved, copied, or used, it is considered delivered and non-returnable, except where required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law or where the digital product is defective, inaccessible due to an issue on our side, not delivered, or not as described.
